4. This is shocking. When will the GOP-controlled media report this?
I saw one story a while ago, but where is the constant drum beat of shock about what these unsold cars represent?

When will the U.S. media begin to discuss the lost jobs, the people who cannot buy those cars because they are unemployed?

I wonder, will they start tomorrow?

5. how many will end up being recycled to make the next generation of vehicles...?
after what happened to gas prices especially, during the past year- have made A LOT of people eager for electric/alternate fuel vehicles, and many of them will put off buying another vehicle until they can purchase one that isn't internal combustion- unless it gets 50+ mpg.

6. They might have to crush thousands for the recycle bin - cars rust pretty quick sitting still
.
.
.

These cars that end up in long term storage ain't gonna be nothing but problems for a potential owner

They may be shiny

but they're now junk

7. Call It a "Market Correction"
For all of the last 20 years when prices were jacked up to the point where the average price of a new car is more than 1/2 the median salary. Oh, but hey! You can afford it with this 5-year, 7-year financing plan!

9. If you build it, they will come.
Not.
As Thom Hartman says, "Supply-side economics is dead. We need demand-side economics."
