I suspect the Scholzman report was released just before these hearings for a real good reason..to highlight both the past abuses and the moles still hidden inside the DOJ. Holder's got a lot of housecleaning to do once he gets in and my bets are he'll be hearing a lot from those inside the department (if he hasn't already) about rooting out the right wing plants and bomb throwers. If anything, I'd bet he's been clued in all along what's happening and will move quickly to clean things up.
