Republicans: Why even bother having a Government?
You all seem to ascribe to the "IGMSFU" (I got mine so fuck you) paradigm, so why even bother with a Government?

You can build your own roads, hire your own security and emergency staff. Allow the peasants to live on your land (for a share of their crops and productions) and have your own medical staff and facilities....

Wait a minute? Didn't we do this once before in the 15th Century?

5. Then there would be no social contract stipulating property rights.
Try as they might, they would only own what they could defend. They know this, and don't really want to go down that path again (since they will always lose). They are merely trying to renegotiate the social contract to give less to the other classes.

6. Somebody should write a book
Frame it very carefully so Republicans buy in. Then, when it's at a fever pitch, the author makes the talk circuit and points out how it describes feudalism and what our founders were actually trying to overthrow.
