A story to warm your heart: RNC Chair race: "Everyone is...pissed"

Let me just say that this schaudenfreude thing is not getting old for me yet.

As Republicans struggle to determine the future of their party after a tough election, intraparty tensions have flared over three forums next week that may prove crucial to determining the winner of the six-way race for the chair of the Republican National Committee — a post that will hold considerable sway over the direction of the GOP.

“Some people are pissed off at Grover . Some people are pissed off at the Conservative Steering Committee. Some people are pissed off at Mike Duncan. Some people are pissed off at social conservatives. The social conservatives are pissed at leaders in Congress,” said a Republican consultant who has worked with the RNC. “Everyone is basically pissed.”

4. Kick out the fascists, traitors, liars, criminals & thieves.
There'd be practically nobody left, but at least the few who remain will be honest, loyal Americans.

5. Umm, ummm, Goooooooood! I predict the winner will be missing an arm or a leg
maybe even an eye or two when they sort it out.

Let 'em continue squealing, grunting and whining, it's so fun to watch

7. They are an ineffective entity...yay
When people knew what a "republican" was, the choice was clear..

poor/generous/labor v rich/stingy/management

but their ranks started shrinking, and they saw a golden opportunity when civil rights passed in the 60's, they decided to go for the poor southern racists

many of those people also claimed to be "god-fearing", so they took that group in too..

They went from being a sensible, moderate(somewhat), conservative(monetary policy), to being a party with religious wackos, bigots, racists, xenophobes, homophobes, and anti-education nutcases. Is it any wonder they have become "confused"?
