2. This is wonderful and probably right on. Touching and love would also help the rest of the world
regardless of health status. Maybe make us not so hateful and angry all the time. rec'd

4. Why do dogs and cats become practically orgasmic when petted?
they need touch as much as we do-but their not afraid to ask for it. Maybe it's true of most living things, who knows? I once had a wild raccoon who lived in my garage lose her entire first litter of cubs one Spring (I don't know how). As I was sitting on my porch steps waiting for a friend to arrive, the grieving mother raccoon came and sat down next to me, leaned against me, and put one paw on my leg. She sat that way for a long time (and I was a little freaked out by it and didn't move at first). Eventually I started lightly rubbing her behind the ears. She jumped a bit at first and then relaxed against me. She ran off as soon as my friend's car pulled into the driveway, but I'll never forget that evening!
