Prop 113
Edited on Fri Dec-19-08 06:55 PM by demdog78
I am pissed off at Elizabeth Hasselbeck and the stupid shit she says on The View. So, I would like to start Prop 113; to take away a woman's right to speak in public. This would fix everything. No more seeing The View on TV and no more ignorant women speaking when they should shut up. I mean, don't women know their place by now?

Who cares if they have had rights for all this time? I wouldn't care if they just got them a few months ago. I mean, what does that have to do with anything? I don't agree with Mrs. Hasselbeck, so I think we should just take away her rights; even if it means taking away the rights of all other women too. What are they going to do about it?

I mean... hey... isn't that what happened in California? Let's put it to a vote; it's the democratic way. If we can have a vote on the civil rights of one group, why not this one too?

Sure, it might not be right, but who cares? I'm pissed off and ignorant. I can do whatever I want.

I am sure you are right. Isn't that how slaver was justified for all those years?

2. There's already an evil prop 13 that is killing CA's economy
If it's for her it should be Prop Zero. :D

5. That sprang out at me, too
And now, there's no way in hell we can come up with a budget to run the place. I almost feel sorry for Ahnuld.

8. I remember when that damn thing passed
and the prediction was in 20-30 years it would cripple California... it is doing a great job at it.

But, the rich don't have to pay big taxes on those homes then inherit so all is good. :sarcasm:

11. The keyword is "almost"
because, if you recall the recall, Ahnuld had the battle cry "Open the books! Open the books!"... never for a moment realizing that something like 80% of the state budget was MANDATED to be spent on one program or another.

But did that little fact stop him?

Nooo... and a good man was GAMED out of the governorship by ENRON and their filthy bastard repuke friends.

Rolling blackouts ended the moment Ahnuld was selected to replace Gray Davis. But not because energy usage dropped. And not because a whole bunch of new power plants were built overnight.

14. Yeah "almost"
What put me over the top was when he tried to tell his own party that taxes would have to be raised. The fact that he was driving his wife's car with the Obama sticker on it didn't hurt, either.

Don't worry, though. I'm not going to turn into a Republican.

3. And I will be a reasonable and tolerant person
and reach across the aisle to you even though I disagree with much of what you have to say. I might even ask you to say a prayer at my next dinner party.

I think you'll need to use a different number.

17. I thought 9 was going to be the anti-divorce one?
Use divorce, go to jail. That oughtta put things in perspective for them about how "sanctified" they actually consider marriage.

21. Heh
I'd vote for that just to piss 'em off. And to show them how hypocritical they are.

Outlaw divorce! Or just tax it real, real hard. Like 10g or more.
