1. Atlanta, Georgia
The people who voted Chambliss in and who are apparently dazzled by animal killer Palin.

2. Put your asshole comments elsewhere.
This has nothing to do with politics.

8. Out of bounds.... totally...
It is the kindness of people in Atlanta who found and cared for this poor baby that are giving him a chance at a second life...(Besides Atlanta overwhelmingly voted Martin)...

Bless you, little pup... May you live a long, happy, well-loved life from here on.

14. Locate a map for yourself. The check who voted for whom. FYI, Atlanta
is in two counties, DeKalb and Fulton.

3. This is horrible
They should have just turned him in to an animal shelter.
I do hope he recovers and finds a new LOVING home.

5. If he had been turned in to an animal shelter,
the dog would have been put down anyway. Most shelters here are kill shelters. At least, now he has a chance of finding a home. I'm sure the hospital has had a million calls now from people wanting to adopt him.

6. I saw that headline, but couldn't bring myself to read the story nor take your link. I
think that whoever did this should be taken out and shot about 20 times. Not to kill them, but just give them about 20 bloody wounds and let them wait a couple of days for treatment.

9. what you said.
The fact whoever did this is free right now is just a shame.

10. Pup may well survive.... That's worth celebrating...
But, I tend to agree on your course of action, frankly... I may be a pacifist, but I know what I could bring myself to do to protect a helpless precious life, human or animal.

15. Love your avitar!
I love those little doggies, but I think they are too energetic for me. I'm away from home all day and I think a little Cattle Dog would get bored and lonely...

21. that guy was my scoutmaster
He was the scoutmaster of my boy scout troop from about '87-'91. He was a former marine who if I remember correctly survived the 1983 Beirut marine barracks bombing. He was a good scoutmaster. I know he lives (or used to live) in the neighborhood near the park where the dog was found. I hope he didn't do it, however if he did that's obviously a horrible thing and I hope he is punished accordingly.
