2. How low can you go?

I say when you contaminate a tankerful of milk consigned to Cuban school children with cement (see video at 16:42) you are getting pretty fucking low.

Then again, maybe this was after the White House put the kibosh on the Pentagon Joint Chiefs of Staff plans to engage in false flag, terror attacks (AKA Operation Northwoods). The idea was to blame Castro for these planned terror attacks in order to justify to the US public and the international community a US military intervention in Cuba. So maybe the CIA was feeling just a tad more vindictive than usual at the time.

Although, I do have to admit, it beats blowing the kids apart with Hellfire missiles and other assorted air dropped ordinance as occurs in Afghanistan.
