3. I didn't get a sticker :(

My 17-year old daughter came with me to vote today ... first time she's ever cared to. She asked me one favor. "Mom, can I do the Obama Bubble?" I told her I would let her wield the pencil if she promised me she wasn't a secret operative for McCain/Palin. She responded, "You can tell by the absence of a backward 'B' on my face that I am the genuine article."

So bubble she did. As we walked to the car I noticed her looking down at my hand. "Babe, do you want my sticker?" She beamed, ripped it from my fingers, and slapped it right on her left cheek, upside down, and said, "Take that, Ashley, McCain, Palin, and Joe-the-Unlicensed-Plumber!"

I didn't get a sticker, but I gots a ton o' pride right now :)
