I think the cartoon clearly points out the specious arguments right wing pundits get their flock to repeat without examination.

They stuff their listeners heads with a bunch of lies and tell them that they're now informed. Then tens of thousands die.

No one cares that JP doesn't earn $250K? No member of the politically insane wing of the republican party, that is. McPalin have informed them the communist are coming after their fast-food wages.
