I just realized that my single most important issue for my vote is climate change.

Of course there are other important issues. Healthcare would be one and war another very important one. But to me climate change trumps everything. At this point, a president who is not completely determined to fight climate change at all costs is something the world cannot afford. Sure, health care is important. Sure the war is important. Hell, a million people have died in Iraq already. But if you look on the largest possible scale, climate change is the single issue that will affect the entire human race and possibly decide its survival.

To put it plain and simple: If the climate tanks, we are all FUCKED. Everbody and everywhere.

That is why I will always vote democrat. Sure, I agree with them on most other issues too. But even if the democrats promised they will fuck up everything else, I'd still vote for them if they promised to get rid of emissions.
