Does anyone recall a DU post fr w/in the last year re- Cheney's investments?

It was a while ago, and I remember he'd moved heavily into inflation-protected Treasuries, among other things.

The post was based on some kind of mandatory disclosure he'd filed . . . I've searched but it's not turning up . . . .
