Enough about what Ann ought not to do. Here’s what she should do immediately:

1. Start a website called “Global War on Fags” today.

2. Begin writing essays calling for the cleansing and purification of society via the mass murder of homosexuals.

3. Distribute videos on the website showing the actual murders of homosexuals.

4. Circulate instructions on how to bomb gay bath houses in San Francisco.

5. Circulate a “battle dispatch” to give people specific information on America’s most notorious bath houses.

Let us be clear, Townhall is one of the most popular Republican websites. I want every single Republican to denounce Townhall for publishing this NOW. The editors at Townhall chose to put this on their site, that means they can not just get by with denouncing the author they must denounce the entire site and everyone who agrees with them. If they do not do this I will consider them to be supporters of the same type of mass-murder that Hitler committed.

IIRC some insane militant Islamist site posted one of his essays at one point or another. I don't even recall the content of it, and the right-wing blogosphere decided that Pino ran the Islamist site (which was pretty foul and corresponds to the suggestions made in the OP about the site Coulter should set up.)

So basically, they're saying "If it's OK for a liberal college professor to put up a website calling for the destruction of America, it's OK for Coulter to put up a site calling for the destruction of gays."

Which is quite dumb, seeing as part A of the argument never existed in the first place.

If your intention was satirical, I suggest you drop in on a few English classes on campus and brush up on the use of satire as a literary device, because the Town Hall column didn't really make the grade. I think there is some professor at Kent State that he doesn't like so he was trying to get a jab in, but he did not explain himself very well at all. This post has nothing to do with Kent State, it has to do with homophobia that is so extreme that the word homophobia seems way too mild to describe it. I don't know anything about the professor he was referring to but I don't need to know about him, because no matter what that professor has said it does not justify this guy encouraging the mass-murder of gays.
