I just flipped by fauxsnooze just now and I think its getting worse...
They used to do a reasonable impression of a news station (with all WRONG info of course) but just now it reminded me completely of the old fashioned supermarket tabloids..

There's some weirdo saying that Barack teamed up with Ayers as soon he got to Chicago, who sent him out on "community organizing" missions as tests to see if he was radical enough, or something..

It was right out of this:

2. Fox's Judith Regan + Psychic = Chandra Levy ~back in 2001.
It's just as bad as it's always been, and Always Will Be.

3. Hannity has gone around the bend... really.
I caught a little of his crap about Ayers and "terrorists" while flipping channels. It was sickening and will probably be repeated ad nauseum by others of his ilk.

They don't have anything else to run on.

4. yeah, where is the opposition teevee station where we can all talk about how mcsame
caused the fire on the Forrestal that killed all those sailors? or how 9/11 was an inside job? or where we can talk endlessly about how mcsame cheated on his ill wife and married his former mistress? where is that teevee station? I keep perusing the stations and cannot, for the life of me, find it!!

6. They Become More Irrelevant Every Day
Except for the 20% dead-enders who will pay to watch booooshie or Gramps shoot, skin and eat a live baby on teevee (Sarah Palin provides the helicopter), Faux has become a joke to a vast majority. Don't let the "ratings" fool you...they've got a "maxed-out" audience that hasn't grown in years and once you get under the age of 55, their numbers really fall. It's an echo chamber that operates in its own Private Idaho these days...completely cut out of much of what's really going on...so to fill up time and rub their own ego, they make shit up and lose even more "credibility".

IMHO, these attacks are a big reason Gramps is going to lose...the literal "black and white" of this election is showing the true colors of the repugnicans...racists, biggots and liars. They can't run on issues, so they try to manufacture "outrage"...it worked in the past, not any longer.

Edited on Mon Oct-06-08 07:56 AM by IsItJustMe
for the Republicans.

I asked him, "Do I have STUPID posted on my forehead or something."

I told him that he was either extremely niave or so brain washed he did not have a clue about reality any more.

Sometimes I just have a very low threashhold for ignorance and I have to tell the truth about the situation no matter where the chips fall.

15. If you have DirecTV channel 352 you can watch 8 news channels at once
CNN, Headline News, Bloomberg, CNBC, MSNBC, Fox Business, Fox News and The Weather Channel.

You can listen to any of these channels while viewing the others.

Faux news is doing a full court press on Ayers, Palin and barely touching the economy this morning. Also,
while watching the Palin event this morning they started broadcasting the event even before Lieberman started
speaking and continued 4 mins past when the event was over. MSNBC gave the event the second most time with
CNN coming in third.
