How long have we been hearing about healthcare plans ?

It seems like many years now since most people who had a good job and got healthcare free , What was it 1990 when the HMO's climbed into our lives and screwed most of us for a good part of our income and each year the cost went up and the care went down .

Now here we are again with all these plans being talked about , all the experts weight in .

I sort of doubt we will ever have a real plan for all , not in my lifetime .

These sorts of issues never include those who are in the poverty life just those who happen to still have a job .

What does equality for all really mean ?
