PALIN MAZE: NOW, THAT’S CORNY!

You’ve seen her on television, magazine covers, and the front pages of about every major newspaper. Now the head and shoulders of Republican vice presidential candidate Sarah Palin — complete with trademark updo and rimless eyeglasses — have been cut into a 16-acre cornfield in Waterville Township near Whitehouse.

The 2.4-mile corn maze was done with a tractor, rototiller, and global positioning system by a professional corn maze artist from Iowa. In addition, it features small Christmas trees and the words ‘Sarah America’ in cursive. The maze is at 11455 Obee Rd. on the grounds of the Whitehouse Christmas Tree Farm and Corn Maze at the Butterfl y House . The farm’s owners, Duke and Martha Wheeler, said they created the maze for fun and to spark excitement before the November election.
