The Bush Doctrine

Sorry if this was posted before and I know this topic is old news, but I had to post this.

I was watching the documentary "Why We Fight" so my girlfriend could see it for the first time and I was surprised to see this: Senator McCain being interviewed for the documentary and saying "The Bush Doctrine is...preemptive strikes or preemptive conflicts, which were never contemplated in the past, now have to be contemplated under certain scenarios."

He could have clued in Mooselini before her interview with Charlie Gibson, or at least asked her to watch the documentary if he was too busy to talk to her or get to know her or brief her on where he stands on the issue.

Back to the DVD now. I wonder what other gems I'll rediscover watching it.
