The Palin bubble wasn't sustainable
I'm not even sure that she won't be a drag on the ticket rather than a help. Palin fever was rooted in nothing but her image, and that's simply not enough in this political environment. We're swifly moving back to Obama v McCain- and that's a damn good place to be.

5. Her reputation here has suffered greatly.
The Monegan thing especially looks bad when she promised all along to cooperate fully with the investigation. McCain has ruined her politically.

6. Gosh, I hope you're right!
The spotlight revealed the extremism about her, too. I hope people are smart enough to figure it out. She's scary. Put her next to Biden and it's simply a no brainer. Should be for anybody!

4. I tend to think that's the case
she's simply a lousy candidate that has to be massively propped up.

7. Which is probably why Hillary didn't go after her and kept her focus on McCain.
Palin will be an embarrassment before long.
