Seen the newest Gordon Smith (R- OR) commercials?

He's the guy who made national headlines by putting Barack Obama and other democrats in his commercials, and running towards the center.

Apparently they weren't working. Polls came out last week showing his opponent, Merkley, with a small lead.

2. I will never forget Gordon Smith's lowest moment...

Anyone else remember how during the 2000 presidential election, Gordon Smith launched a Senate investigation into whether or not Al Gore had accepted campaign contributions from the Chinese government? He dragged that farce through the entire 2000 election, doing his part to help W. get the White House, and then once that mission was accomplished we never heard a squeak from him on the subject again. Guess Gore wasn't guilty, huh?

I hope Gilmore never gets out of prison. I also hope my fellow Oregonians are wise and informed enough not to elect Gordon Smith to the Senate this year. As Obama says--ENOUGH!!
