Bush wants the Iraq authorization bill passed with "no strings attached".
That's because he's the decider, he decides what should be done. You see, he's been President for six years. The new Dem majority in Congress has only been in power for a few months. They don't understand how government works. They should just defer to his years of experience as dicta...President and do whatever he says.
