In my opinion, bush was never religious, he was faking it, for votes, like all repubs do, just say a few buzz words to the true believers, and they fall into the voting booths by the millions, suckers all.

But palin seems like the real, bornagain zealot article. The evangelicals, a term used to soften what they really are, dangerous fanatics, are frothing at the mouth at the possibility of one of their own in the oval office.

My cousin and his wife are AoG and they are FREAKS. I was raised in the UCC and most members of my family are still regular church goers. My cousin and his wife believe they (and other AoG members) are the chosen ones and they shun all non AoG people, including their own parents and siblings. If you aren't AoG, you are deficient in their eyes. And my cousin supposedly speaks in tongues (:eyes:). The thought of people like them running the country chills me to the bone. :scared:
