it was always included as the second prong of his "plan".

pesonally, i think it's stupid- nat gas is still a finite fossil fuel resource- converting the infrastructure(and the cars) over to use it for cars would be expensive- and what would it do to the price of nat gas for the many many MANY people who use it to heat their homes?
