We had a heavy band come through Fort Myers about an hour ago. Gusts easily up to 45MPH, heavy rain.

It's been windy and cloudy all day. Best of luck NOLA residents. Edit to add, Best of luck to all in the path. Stay safe.

4. This Advisory was issued at 4:00PM Central time.
http://www.nhc.noaa.gov/text/refresh/MIATCPAT2+shtml/312039.shtml

That is the last one from the NHC.
It mentions the category of the storm (3) , but not the projected Cat. at landfall.
