as long as you didn't shoot the place up and you paid your bribes on time, you could stay unmolested as long as you liked.
if memory serves John Dillinger wrecked all that when he got into a shootout with cops in an apartment building on Grand Ave. A couple of miles from Xcel, scene of the RNC.

The town is about to be invaded by criminals of every stripe! how will the city protect itself!

2. Rumor has it that the Republicans will be partying hearty
This evening I volunteered at my church's dinner for homeless youth, which is run by a woman who is a caterer by profession. She said that every caterer she knows is totally booked for duration of the convention.
