FLAG request in honor of the Constitution

I thought you all might enjoy this. A group I belong to is buying a flag to fly over the Capital from Sept 10-13. Here is what the certificate will read:

This flag flies in honor of the United States of America's citizens rights to a representative government and Article
Two Section 4 of the United States Constitution. Let it be a reminder to our representatives that they have sworn in
their oath of office, above everything else, to protect the higher ideals of the American way of
life by vowing to "...support and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign and
domestic;..." and that Congress, failing to execute its duties in the face of a clear, repeated abuse of power by the
Executive is a dereliction of duty and a betrayal of its representative's vows.

we go tomorrow to ask permission to have this flag flying. We are hopefully bringing members of the Young Democrats with us.
