In the conference committee in the dead of night, avoiding any chance for anyone to actually vote on the "Rave Act" by itself before it got attached to the must-pass "Amber Bill".

The Senate had been flooded with phone calls, faxes, emails, and petitions opposing the Rave Act every time it came up.
All this public input was but a minor annoyance to Biden, who arranged an end-run around it all.

Well, he got is way. Kids aren't dancing anymore. They're sitting at home watching TV and getting fat.
