As to the names I've seen elsewhere and accept as belonging on this roster, the one that pains me most is Jeff Baxter. How a musician this sublime ends up becoming a right-wing shill is totally beyond me, but his playing still sends me to something resembling heaven. Damn shame he's a dick.
