I couldn't sleep and kept checking my phone all night. I didn't hear it when it came in, but saw it at about 4:30 and got up. I knew I'd never fall asleep again and had to get up at 6 to go to an 8 a.m. Obama countywide meeting anyway.

a alot of heart attacks happen too. Many people who are going to have an MI have them in their sleep in the early morning hours.

Coincendentially, My mother died at 3:30 am too, 12 years ago this summer. I stayed up with her a lot and ever since then, my sleep has been disturbed, I often wake up naturally around 3-3:30 for no reason.
