I find it strange that that we have not heard more about the killer in Arkansas today and about the 'shootout' and the killers death if that is what happen.

Something is up with this...

Timothy Dale Johnson, age 50, lived in Searcy, AR (about 50 miles NW of LR), worked at Target in Conway, AR. Lost his job at Target today after going into a rage and writing profanity-laced graffiti on the walls (presumably in the office areas) about Target management - did not have prior problems at work per statement by Target reported on late news in LR. No known connection with Bill Gwatney at this point - never worked for Gwatney's car dealerships. Gwatney's dealerships are in Jacksonville (outside LR and home of Jacksonville AFB) and LR. Police searched his house in Searcy and took out guns - news photos showed a messy interior - neighbor said he "was a loner" (so typical).

Johnson had a worker's compensation case in 2002-03 that can be found on-line at the Arkansas Supreme Court site. This doesn't seem to explain anything (but Gwatney was a State Senator in the 1990s and I think Workers Compensation laws were changed in favor of employers during that period. Johnson did receive an award of benefits and I think he was pursuing a separate civil action that was at issue on the appeal.

So far, it's a mystery why he picked Gwatney and/or the Democratic Party. Sadly, Gwatney was only in the office at the time to sign some checks.

just got back from the county democratic meeting and it didn't even come up there. Obviously those attendees get their news from MSM only.
