Dr Aafia Siddiqui disappeared five years ago in Karachi
No - neuroscientist Dr Aafia Siddiqui is charged with attempted murder after allegedly attempting to shoot American agents as they prepared to interview her in Kabul.
It is claimed the mother-of-three grabbed a gun that had been accidentally placed on the floor by a soldier and it is also claimed she was shot during the attack.
Dr Siddiqui is also allegedly married to the nephew of Khalid Sheikh Mohammed, a current Guantanamo Bay inmate and the man who claims to have masterminded the 9/11 attacks.
By any standards this is an interesting case but there is a lot more to it.
American-educated Dr Siddiqui disappeared five years ago while visiting her family in Karachi with her children.
Nothing was heard of them until she was apparently arrested in Afghanistan after behaving suspiciously near government buildings.
All pretty incredible. Indeed, the family say it is not just incredible - it's rubbish.
