1. I am actually watching it right now.
I have not read the book so I can't compare, and I already know about the issues brought up.

It seems like a good introduction to all the issues for people who don't know anything about it.

2. We have "Super Size Me" on DVD
It was disgusting when he puked in the car after eating too much Mickey Dees...then his docs repeatedly told him to stop because it was literally making him so sick he could possibly die.

4. what's amazing is how at the beginning of the film his Drs didn't think
a month on MacDonals would be particularly harmful to his health. 3 weeks later the same docs said if he didn't stop he could die.

5. I saw that documentary on MSNBC about a month ago.
The whole time Mr Spurlock was describing his symptoms as Mcwhatever, I kept saying to myself, "You look like you're going to Mcthrowup." Yes, it was disgusting when he threw up. It clicked for me when Mr Spurlock described a 64oz cup of soda as being the equivalent of a 2 liter bottle of soda. Every time I get a drink from our local convenience store, I look at the 64oz cup and that thought comes to mind.

Supersizing gives people a way to get their "money's worth." Unfortunatly, these same people don't realize their waistlines are also supersizing.
