He has the cognitive mental abilities of Reagan (circa. 1987) and the Potatoe-like cunning of Quayle.

Which is All he had and is what got him the White House.

McBush is closer to a Cheney than a Reagan, personality-wise.

5. Honestly I don't think he's quite as bright as Dan Quayle.
All he knows is the GOP talking points, and even then he screws them up on a daily basis.
