16. That second picture is a photoshop, and a bad one at that. So many things wrong...

You can see how badly the sign was placed in those hands (look at his left hand fingers, artifacts from whatever was originally there), you can see that no sunlight is touching either sign despite being in full sunlight (the Go USA is angled quite plainly into the sun yet remains dark and the other sign you can see sunlight cross his right hand fingers and magically disappear from the sign), you can see the shadow cast by the Go USA sign is sharp despite being on grass (look at the chair, the shadow line is not sharp because grass isn't a smooth surface) you can see the extraction outline on BOTH posters, the top part of the "O" in the Go USA sign is blurred where it was extracted from the original Moran's hand. But but but HOW did they get the Go USA to face us straight on when the original sign is facing away? They're called "Stretch" and "Rotate." They're tools available in most picture editing programs, including the ubiquitous MS Paint. If you using Windows, you have MS Paint and the ability to make your own addition to the Moran family too.

He was in front of me on Hayden Road and I pulled a u-turn to get a picture. By that point he'd parked and although you can't see the sign - the truck's cab is blocking it - he's also parked illegally.
