Iran vs. USA WWIII

Years ago, maybe in the 60's, there was a book written about the next great war being fought in Iran with the "Christian" Nations verses the Islamic Nations. The key players being the USA and Russia as the Christian army. The balance of power was held by the Chinese, who was until that time neutral.
My google skills betray me. I cannot find anything on this book or writing. Does anyone remember it, and can you give me a tip on where to find it? Thanks.

I found in The People's Almanac by David Wallechinsky and Irving Wallace (1975) an essay about Nostradamus' predictions, starting on page 14 about future predictions.

Here's a snippet:

-- The new tyrant shall be a militant Arab leader

-- And Arab-Western forces will meet in conflict

-- As a result of a U.S.-U.S.S.R. allince, China will feel betrayed and ally itself with Arab powers

-- an Arab-Chinese invasion

and there's more.
