Anyone know what the upcoming Senate floor vote is on?
I'm listening to the SFRC hearing and Biden and Lugar are delaying giving their opening statements due to an upcoming floor vote at ~3pm. Wondering what it's about...

I usually find Q&A more interesting anyway, though this could get interesting in terms of oil transport across Asia.
