3. Not law, House Rule IX. There should be a vote on it sometime today.
"Democratic leaders said they will schedule a Wednesday vote on Kucinich’s motion to refer the measure to committee."

WEDNESDAY 1:45 pm: Congress is preparing to vote right now on (probably sending to committee) House Resolution 1258. That's the number for the articles of impeachment.
