10. If its true he introduced it without co-sponsors isn't it just grandstanding?
If he didn't go about the hard work of first lining up support with his fellow representatives then this is just an exercise in frustration. It strikes me as a just a way to raise money to retire campaign debts by throwing red meat before his hard core supporters. At this point I'd prefer a serious effort to raise criminal charges against the cabal once they leave office. Of course, we would all come to reject that strategy if bush bombs Iran before Jan. 20!

12. Kucinich is NOT a grandstander
and is probably one of our last REAL protectors of our Constitution in Washington.
The majority are concerned only with feathering their own nests and needs and could really care less about ours. That is why there are no co-sponsors. They are worried about losing their precious gravy-train jobs.
He has been trying to get this done for quite some time.
It's not just a scheme to get some money.
He really cares and I feel very certain that at some time in the not so distant future...more people are going to wish they listened to that funny looking guy from Ohio and a pretty large percentage might even wish that they had supported him for President.
Interesting times are upon us.
Each day that bushco remains in power is an additional opportunity to nuke Iran.
With ALL essential prices skyrocketing...more people will start listening to Kooch. They might pretend to care that it is the Constitution that they are angry about...but deep down inside, there is a real fear for Americans that they might not be able to sustain their lifestyles if prices continue to climb. They are going to want to start lashing out LONG BEFORE November.

11. Does This Go To The Judiciary Committee
That's where these allegations need to be sent and proven. That's how impeachment works. The committee holds hearings and votes on the charges and then it goes on to the whole House for a vote. Rarely is something read from the floor and just voted on...unless it has such overwhelming support that rules are suspended.

Yep, it's on the record, but so are many other crimes this regime has done. I don't see this going anywhere to remedy the current mess. I've long been on record here that the crimes of this regime go far beyond just two people and a political show trial...there are war crimes and criminals here...and this does nothing to address all the criminality that has gone on. I wish this motion good luck but I expect this to die, like other DK resolutions for lack of support.
