Just what "experience" does John McSame have, anyway?
Has JMcS presided over a major corporation?

Has JMcS supervised an office?

Has he held meetings with powerful people outside the House and Senate lobby, or the banking and war industries?

Has he told either the RNC minority/majority whips in the House or Senate to take a big ol' walk off of a short pier?

Has this maverick ever said "no" to the RNC, George Bush, or his own SECOND wife?

Has he broken the bad news to his mistresses, ever (it's widely rumored in AZ that there's several)?

Has he turned down a donation, ever?

Just what constitutes McS's relevant experience?

A little help here, DU?

I read somewhere on DU that Obama has 11 more yrs legislative experience, including state legislature, but would like to see the numbers.

So, kick. Edit to add, he has experience giving mrbush what he wants. But I think that is the wrong type.

4. According to Wikipedia:
McSame: elected to the U.S. House of Representatives from Arizona in 1982. After serving two terms, he was elected to the U.S. Senate in 1986, winning re-election in 1992, 1998, and 2004.

Obama: served in the Illinois Senate from 1997 to 2004. US Senate 2005 to present.

Junior: served as the forty-sixth Governor of Texas from 1995 to 2000.

Obama has more experience than the idiot son.

7. Thanks, didn't think of simply wiking it.
McCain 82-2008=26 yrs
Obama 97-2008= 11 yrs
mrbus 1995-2000=5 yrs
I thought I read something about Obama having more legislative experience than McCain, will have to look more but it doesn't look like it from this.

10. Your joking, right? He's never run a tough campaign, he's never had to.
He's represented me, an Arizonan, in DC for almost 30 years and he's always skated to victory.

He's pathetic on camera, nervous and slow-witted.

McCain Strolls Through Baghdad Market, Accompanied By 100 Soldiers, 3 Blackhawks, 2 Apache Gunships»
Sen. John McCain strolled briefly through an open-air market in Baghdad today in an effort to prove that Americans are “not getting the full picture” of what’s going on in Iraq.

NBC’s Nightly News provided further details about McCain’s one-hour guided tour. He was accompanied by “100 American soldiers, with three Blackhawk helicopters, and two Apache gunships overhead.” Still photographs provided by the military to NBC News seemed to show McCain wearing a bulletproof vest during his visit. Watch it:

13. That's exactly correct
American society in general, and the American MSM in particular, has an infantile tendency to impart expert authority to anyone who's survived something dreadful. A guy who lives after being run over by a bus isn't suddenly an expert on bus safety.

McCain's time in the tiger cage, horrific though it be, doesn't grant him any special expertise in larger matters of foreign policy.
