At 3:45 Eastern time, during the work day, Monster.com is failing to load some pages, reporting "server too busy."

Could be a networking/server issue that has reduced their capacity. But it could also mean there are a whole hell of a lot of people on that site right now.

I've applied for 50 jobs coast to coast in the last 2 weeks, and have yet to hear back on one. I'm highly qualified and experienced. And I can't get a phone interview so far. Back to the trenches...

I told people the next great depression was coming, but "It can't happen here" won the day.

2. It's been interesting.

There's nothing like paying the extra for month to month rent because you don't want to sign a lease. Can't sign a lease if the job market pulls me to another state.
