Glenn Beck and ilk....Hannity, Rush, etc will the REASON the GOP will Crash and BURN
this Nov

The Hate Mongers are intensifying their shit 24/7

I guess it worked before and they think it still can....they have Framed the issues to Fool the peeps and many bought it and still do....

But the GOP Failures, slow to be apparent...is now Stunningly in the OPEN and GLARING

Flummoxed...the NEGATIVE PARTY who cannot go Positive....has only one option..continue the negativity.
Thats all they know and thats all they do.....24/7

Hence they press with their Stealth Brain Washing Unit....Beck and Gang....

The DEMs offer Solutions and Promise...and the Pubs offer BS Crap Negativity to the Neg segment of the pop. Ever notice we have many whiners/complainers among our friends workers...?

and so, with their Help of the GOP continuing to expose their Negativity and BS...the DEMs will

prevail this Fall...all is needed is a tiny shift toward the Positive side of the equation...

A 4% 8%? switch from disgruntled GOP viewers is enough to make a diff to the Dems.

Thanks Beck for being an example of how not to think...

1. Hannity's whining about Obama is a prime example.
His rhetoric is that of a wounded cockroach crying wolf and hoping the freeper-pigs will come to his rescue.

Even after watching him over these past months....including last noght? Are they Blind? Deaf?

Why are they Pushing McLame onto us?

They want Bush3? Do they not see the Damage...the missed opportunities? The Faikures of poor decision making??

They wish for the GOP Crap to continue??? Why? It flies in the face of Reason and Common Sense

12. The self-centeredness of Republicanism is at the base of their destructive behavior.
This prohibits them from seeing that human existence is part of a larger system. The result is that
they are unable to see how their own existence is adversely effected by their own shortsightedness.
They pollute, plunder, mistreat and hoard without the slightest concern about bad outcomes. Their mentality is a lot like that of crocodiles. They will "eat" ever thing they can. Crocodiles, however, lack the resources to annihilate all life on Earth, a fact that makes them less dangerous than Republicans.

7. Opi...It's Called Crying Wolf Too Many Times
Hate radio was "fun"...a "novelty" for many when it first hit the airwaves. It was noisy and "hot" and not boring...it "shocked" but instead of using sex it used politics. This game was planned a long time ago and for many years it worked as the format attracted the people who felt "disenfranchised". The con game led to Gnewt's Contract on America in '94 and then 12 years of GOOP con games in Congress...it numbed many others who were turned off by the shrill tone of the rhetoric.

The worm turned after 2000...and especially in the past couple years with the blogosphere. What hate radio did for the right, the blogs have done for the left...and in a far more dramatic and effective way. It's become a 24/7 grapevine and fact-check system. No sooner does a right wing asshat blow some crap then its out for the world to ridicule and refute. The lies aren't going unchallenged any longer and the messes booosh has created has proven to many that repugnicans and the "conservative" ideology is a bust.

We're experiencing a generational election...a real change in the political culture in this country. Just like FDR rose from the goop ashes of the Hoover Depression...JFK rose out of the malaise of the 50s and (dare I say), Raygun turned this country to the right in the 80's, this country is both due and wanting a big change...and it may just be here.

The good thing about these asshats is that their stupidity and arrogance is hurting their causes more than helping. Their parallel universe has shrunk and they're too ignorant to realize they're headed for obsolesence...their 15 minutes was up the moment boooshie stole the '04 elections and it's been downhill ever since.

Cheers...

:hi:

18. Heard some RWer on the radio yesterday...
urging McCain to go hard-right and embrace all the conservative values proudly.

I was thinking, "Yes, yes, please do. The RWers still won't trust you, and you'll turn off all the moderates in the process."

Said if McCain got into a battle over "change" with Obama, he'd lose. I'll agree on that, but I figured on McCain walking the tightrope and trying to move to the center and hoping the media will demonize the liberal Obama enough to get the RWers to turn out and vote for him.

No idea who it was and I don't even care.

34. Beck is repulsive
I don't know how he keeps either of his jobs. He is more troublesome than most of them because he's on a station that isn't Faux so it's misleading. He also tries to say he is not a Republican but a middle of the road regular funny guy. In other words a wolf in sheep's clothing. Mister smiling and joking, hateful, bigoted, lie disseminator.

37. The problem is: going negative works for them
I read an opinion poll a few years ago and it revealed that most people don't like negative attacks in politics, but it works, and people buy the mud that's slung by such attacks. The Republicans always go negative, since 1964 at least, much more than Democrats, and it pays off for them.

And in an infuriating twist, many people who don't follow politics closely DON'T THINK REPUBLICANS GO NEGATIVE. It's ridiculous. I had a conversation with a friend of mine (never voted before because he thinks it's conformist, went to Princeton, smart) who thought Democrats were the negative campaigners. I tried to convince him it was the opposite but he thought I was biased because he knew I voted Democrat, until I found a website with campaign ads from the last 50 years. It showed that Ike (the best Republican president in the last 100 years IMO) was the last Republican not to go heavily negative.

We may be sick of it, and the public may be sick too, but it has always worked for them, and I am afraid it will work this time too, at least enough to get a clear Obama win close enough to steal it.

He says that deciding not to vote is a choice like choosing who to vote for. Sadly there are millions that feel the same way in the country.

I've finally persuaded him to vote this time, though. His parents are republicans, so he sees things through that filter (thought Bush really won Florida, thinks Democrats are worse for the economy, etc.) He had the same GOP illogical hatred for HRC that, when pressed, he could only attribute it to "she didn't live in NY before she got elected there", and that women would get special priviledges if she was president.

I'm working on getting him to vote for Obama now.

Edit: and by smart I mean book smart and knows a lot about a wide range of subjects.
