1. I think
McCain's not going to know what hit him.

Apparently Obama's folks know how to counterpunch IMMEDIATELY.

It's going to be a great campaign......

2. Yes indeed. I just can't wait until Obama gets the vein to pop out of McClone's head.

5. Obama's too "fresh" to be much concerned with playing the game.
After seeing all the Dems get smacked down in 1999 and 2003, he knows what will happen if he doesn't hit back fast and hard.

It's about F'n time.

Now, how are we doing in our various Congressional races? Now that ALL our candidates have such a fine example, let's hope that more than a few live up to it.

3. I don't know if he meant it this way, but I think this could be a pretty strong angle to take.

Properly framed, of course.

McCain is *so* focussed on his ideological crusade in Iraq, that he's completely out of touch with the people. He wants to strut around military hardware, talk about war and glory, and completely ignore the actual people of this country and the stark economic realities we're facing. He wants to play dress-up, like Bush. He wants to be an alpha male. We don't need another chest-beating ape-- we need a competent administrator.

4. Oh yes, it was a brilliant move and I hadn't even thought of it. McCain
is focused on Iraq; Obama is focused on the USA.

I hope the next time McClone issues a "challenge" for Obama to go to Iraq, Obama hits back with a "challenge" for McClone to visit a factory.
