With a payoff(HUD)certificate after two and a half weeks and we are scheduled to close on Monday. I have been applying pressure to my Realtor,and Escrow company in which the buyer was allowed to choose.
This is frustrating me to no end.I have heard from some I work with that mortgage company's are delaying loans they don't want paid off at escrow.....There seems to be something predatory about this IMO.
