Outsourcing in FY 2009 Request

The Senate Approps. Subcmte. on Defense takes up the President's FY 2009 DoD request. Sec. of Defense Robert Gates and Joint Chiefs of Staff Chair. Michael Mullen are expected to be questioned about outsourcing, in particular on a tanker contract awarded to Airbus, a European consortium.
