But it appears McCain's VP choice has now been confirmed in very close quarters. The GOP would love Hucky as their VP, but the same people who would vote for Huck would vote Republican anyways, and Huck scares away too many non-republican voters. Rudy.. forget it. The GOP wants someone exactly like Romney, but the Mormon bit is too much for them to gamble with in 2008. Anyone care to guess who his choice is? McCain needs someone whose got a good ECONOMIC track record and is famous for sealing deals left and right and appeals to BOTH Democrat and Republican voters in VERY HIGH approval numbers (70's). The state his running mate is located in, well... McCain might as well be setting up residence there as he has been to that state his choice governs, every other month even though that state is done with the primaries. So who will be John McCain's running mate?
