FOX G.M. busted: Masturbating at Fantasy Land Adult Video Store

Robert Linger, general manager of Fox-owned WTVT-13 in Tampa (Market #13), was arrested at 11:15 Friday night at an adult video store and was charged with lewd and lascivious behavior and exposure of a sexual organ. He was released after posting a $750 bond.

Fox officials would not say whether Linger would be allowed to return to his job on Monday. A story on the station's website says "Fox 13 is aware of the matter and is currently reviewing it."

According to Tampa police, Linger was among six men arrested for masturbating on the premises of the Fantasy Land Adult Video Store.

I am guessing it is the "public place" aspect of the whole thing (as opposed to a private club).
