Torture memos and impeachment
so I wasted my air time calling my DEMOCRATIC rep.

Apparently George can kill and EAT a baby on national TEEVEE and these fuckers will not impeach, since there are elections in November and we really don't have time for this... I mean its only the Constitution we are talking about and violating US and International Law and committing war crimes...

Well folks come November I will NOT vote for her.... don't care how progressive she is otherwise...

I will not vote for the Republican either, but she has lost TWO votes... period!

Yes the Constitution IS my issue. and I will not vote for those who enable war crimes, REGARDLESS OF PARTY.

So go ahead, blame for for whatever, as long as she is in office I will NOT vote for her, and I will work on EVERY PRIMARY to get her off that cushy job... PERIOD

2. Who's your Dem rep?
I'm always calling my Senators and reps -- mostly a waste of time, but what else can we do? (Besides not vote for them, but until that time....)

5. I have concluded that if they get a CLOSE election
they MIGHT get it... if they loose they WILL get it

But not until then

8. The problem with your absolutely correct deduction is
If we keep losing the race to the sewer continues. We are dammed no matter what we do. Frustration has come and gone. Where do we go from here?

7. You're right, my bad
you know what is worst? MY tummy is killing me....

Just the thought that these folks are engaged in un-american activities by enabling the most criminally insane administration in the history of the US.

On the bright side, the Nixon family is now happy... Nixon was a choir boy compared to these idiots, but he had a Congress with a spine that still believed in that thing called Constitution

Don't be too surprised if the majority disappears as well... parties that refuse to do their duty tend to loose out... that is history

9. That should be the only question the press asks Pelosi.
If Bush rapes, kills, and eats a baby would you impeach him then? Force her to give a yes or no answer. You know the answer will be no.

10. as a poster suggested yesterday . . . maybe what we need is a photo of Bush . . .
and Cheney et.al. standing around the actual Constitution and physically pissing on that "god-damned piece of paper" . . . think THAT might wake people up . . .

all you artists out there . . . if you'll create the image, I'll buy the poster AND the t-shirt! . . .

11. This Is World Court Material
I'll keep saying that Impeachment doesn't begin to touch on the wholescale criminality of this regime. Whomever is elected (either Democrat) needs a top to bottom clean-out of virtually every Federal agency...down to the janitorial staff...and to investigate and then prosecute all the crimes that went on from Katrina to the EPA to the Justice Department itself (a Gonzo perp walk would be delicious).

Then there's the war crimes...these are ones that are beyond both our Constitution and legal system...and its impact has been global. Not only for the horrible carnage and useless waste of lives in Iraq, but also the global economic turbulence this war has placed on the world. The rising price of oil and gold are starting to hit third world countries...bystanders in our messes...and you're seeing food riots and political instability. This nation can't restore its standing as long as we harbor war criminals...especially now that we have such solid evidence.

As we've seen, our politicians are too weak to face down these criminals, but I hope a world court won't. The crimes committed have been global and this is where the final accountability has to be.

The big question of our candidate(s)...not just Presidential but Congressional as well...is if they will support a world court investigation into the war crimes of the boooosh regime.
