This is the Airstream that was parked in the bay of the C-17 which carried Cheney into war zones. Inside, its gray-leather seating and paneled walls provided a comfortable shelter within the loud bay of the transport jet. Cheney spent a moment in here speaking with reporters about the base bombing.

The Airstream is INSIDE an Air Force jet. The fascade of that plane you posted is the the U.S. Air Force's choice, not Cheney's.

EDIT: As for the descriptor -high tech trailer- that is the AFP's. Not mine. I would prefer they call it portable evil lair.
