Heather Mills 'may return to court for new Paul McCartney fight'
By Emma Henry, telegraph.co.uk

Heather Mills wants secret documents exposing Sir Paul McCartney's alleged behaviour during their marriage published and may return to court to make it happen, her lawyer has said.

In an interview with the Evening Standard, David Rosen said Miss Mills wants to put the record straight over claims that she is a gold-digger who was only interested in the former Beatle's £400 million fortune.

He said his client is also frustrated that the full judgment of the couple's divorce case - in which the judge accused her of "make belief", inconsistency and inaccuracy - was published while the full court transcripts were held back.

Mr Justice Bennett said she was a "less than impressive witness" during the six-day hearing last month who "wholly exaggerated" the extent of her wealth before she met her now ex-husband.

6. Yes but Sir Paul McCartney admitted to having a problem way before this.
From "Getting Better" on Sgt. Pepper's Lonely Hearts Club Band:

I used to be cruel to my woman I beat her and kept her apart from the things that she loved.
Man I was mean but I'm changing my scene and I'm doing the best that I can.

I don't know how credible the evidence was, but maybe he didn't quite change his scene.

I think Paul's daughter saw through her from the start. Kids always know, especially grown-up ones! BITCH!

8. True, they could both be in the wrong.
Edited on Tue Apr-01-08 04:54 PM by LoZoccolo
But suppose they are both guilty of what they are accused of - again I really don't know - abuse is criminal and gold digging is not, and at the very least he gave her a valid reason for her to get a piece of his estate regardless of her intentions.

16. Sorry, to me that line screams "John Lennon" who had a violent streak and did beat up his wives.
From: http://www.songfacts.com/detail.php?id=121

John Lennon gave a different version of the reason for the lyrics than the Paul/Martha-the-dog stuff. In his interviews with David Sheff and Barry Golson, John said, "It is a diary form of writing. All that 'I used to be cruel to my woman, I beat her and kept her apart from the things that she loved' was me. I used to be cruel to my woman, and physically-- any woman. I was a hitter. I couldn't express myself and I hit. I fought men and I hit women. That is why I am always on about peace, you see. It is the most violent people who go for love and peace...I am a violent man who has learned not to be violent and regrets his violence. I will have to be a lot older before I can face in public how I treated women as a youngster."
- Dennis Myers, Sparks, NV

So this had nothing to do with Paul McCartney.

19. That is interesting because that would also explain why he was later a pushover.
Evidently he did not find a good working concept of "assertiveness" in between violence and docility and let Yoko walk all over him, lol.

Score one for Oasis.

24. Yeah, if you read anything about Lennon as a youth, he was not Mr. Nice Guy
and when it came to women, he was pretty brutish.

Yoko reaped the benefits of his reformed views, but his first wife Cynthia sure didn't. Neither did Julian.

Not trying to knock John because there ended up being a lot of good in him, but even he would admit it would be a disservice to paint him as a saint.

32. A pretty common symptom coming from the background that he did
poverty and not much in the way of parental involvement. I've had the misfortune of getting mixed up with such men myself, and sadly they rarely reform themselves the way John Lennon did.

As for Mills, she is crazy but she does have a point, why is it ok to only release the records that portray her badly? Theres a ton of stuff they kept sealed.

25. The woman's poison.
Sir Paul's gotta be ruing the day he met her. She will never let go...she'll be more persistent in his life than bedbugs. Always asking for more, always trying to blackmail him into throwing more money at her.
