Waterboarding
TDS had a snippet of a 5-year demonstration showing some protestors simulating waterboarding. A bit of goofy guerilla theater. How's this for an idea, not for the faint of heart. Do some real waterboarding on some very brave volunteers, and then let's see if the police intervene to arrest those doing the waterboarding. If they don't, then they're just not doing their jobs. If they do, then what's the crime? And what's the defense? Just a random thought as I wait for the Top 10 Conservative Idiots to be posted.
