411 Bank Owned homes in Shiawassee County, Michigan.
That's one HELL of a lot of Bank Owned houses in a none too populous county.

2. We've seen 2500 sq ft homes in BEAUTIFUL condition....
Going for $90,000. Some less, some more. My friend's foreclosed house with a double lot, 1400 sq ft is going for the balance of the loan: $40,000.
